Important Shipping Information

For security and verification purposes, we require that your shipping address matches your billing address. If these addresses do not match, you will need to provide the following:

Identification: Clear photos of the front and back of your valid driver’s license.
Proof of Address: A recent utility bill showing your correct name and the address to which the product should be shipped.

Package Security and Pickup Options

If package theft is a concern, we offer the option to ship your package to a nearby FedEx, UPS, or USPS location for pickup. Please note:

Packages will be shipped under the name on the order.
Only the person whose name matches the order may pick up the package, and a valid ID will be required.
Tracking details will be sent via email once your order ships. Please monitor and collect your package promptly.
Non-Pickup & Return Policy

If your package is returned to us due to non-pickup:

Return shipping and reshipping costs will be charged if you wish to have the package resent.
If you request a refund, all applicable fees, including shipping, insurance (if any), and restocking, will be deducted before the refund is processed.
