Please make sure your address is current in PayPal settings if paying with PayPal. Also, ensure you choose it from the options when making the payment. Custom orders are non-refundable.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL for our uniquely crafted items. Once your order is processed, no refunds or cancellations can be accommodated. In the event a customer requests cancellation before processing, a 30% restocking fee will apply.

Returns are not accepted due to the customized nature of our products. Prior to shipping, we provide images to ensure the agreed configuration aligns with your purchase.

If you opt for the “Forged with flakes” option, kindly indicate your preferred color flakes in the comment box during checkout. Similarly, if you select the center stripe/leather color/colored carbon, or any other custom option, and your color isn’t listed, please leave a comment in the checkout comment box.

The processing time frame is estimated at 15 days, with shipping taking approximately 5-7 days (varies by state). During peak seasons, there might be slight delays, but we commit to completing orders within 6 weeks. While we strive to uphold timely deliveries, factors such as material shortages, staffing issues, holidays, weather conditions, or other uncontrollable events may impact our schedule.
