It is important to note that shipping-related damages will only be covered if protection was purchased and a claim was filed with the shipping company. Once the claim is approved, standard coverage by the carrier will apply. Proof of damage must be provided before opening the boxes and installing the product. In case of shipping-related damages, we require photographic evidence before opening the package to initiate a claim with the shipping company.
